Velma studied business management at Coastal Bend College in Kingsville, Texas.

She has managed South Gate Center, Kingsville Professional Center and LaVillita Shopping Center since joining the Culpepper team in October 2004.

Velma enjoys working closely with tenants and contractors.

She is vital in coordinating with our legal department for leasing as well as all construction projects.
