Focusing on 75,000-150,000 square foot projects allows us to cater to a deep pool of tenants. Many of our buildings are able to be split or accommodate a single user.
Infill Locations
We prioritize infill locations within land constrained submarkets of Texas. Smaller buildings, like ours, are difficult to justify for developers when evaluating opportunities to build at larger scale, providing an additional limiting factor to new supply.

We work closely with local experts in each market that specifically specialize in the submarkets we’re interested in investing in. Leveraging this intimate knowledge allows our team to make strategic investments in our preferred submarkets.
