The first deal I worked on with the Culpepper family was the refinance of an Eckerd’s Drugstore in Brownwood, TX nearly twenty-five years ago. It was the start of a relationship that would take us to both smaller and larger markets all over Texas, ranging from Alice to Dallas. Over the course of the years, we have provided debt financing for new construction, refinancings, and acquisitions and the Culpeppers have always delivered exactly as promised. They truly have a generational view of real estate and take great care in all their relationships and endeavors. What started as a client relationship has evolved into an enduring friendship and it is an honor to work with them.
