Legacy Point: Student Housing and Retail Mixed-Use Redevelopment in College Station, Texas
Legacy Point, formerly named University Square, was originally developed by the Culpepper Family as an open air grocery anchored shopping center in the 1970s. Legacy Point strives to provide Texas A&M University students and the Bryan/College Station community an environment to enjoy retail, restaurant, and entertainment offerings unique to the market. Legacy Point is a pedestrian friendly district working to bridge the gap between the nightlife and student population of Northgate with the retail, restaurant, and entertainment options at Century Square.
