John Cecil Culpepper
President

John "Jack" Cecil Culpepper III

Jack thinks of himself as a shepherd. His role is to shepherd the family and business as his father and grandfather before him did.
Each day he reads about real estate happenings in the categories we invest in and the locations that are applicable and thinks about those effects on our investments.

He helps guide others in making strategic decisions for everyone’s benefit. Historical property knowledge and 35 years of real estate experience helps him contribute to our team in a meaningful way. Thinking about how state, local, regional, and national trends potentially impact the family business is a part of his everyday process.

His family led him to the Culpepper Realty Company. After college in Austin at The University of Texas and a job in Dallas, Jack’s focus shifted back to the family business and has remained. Having served his family and keeping the business successful for future generations makes him happy. The ability to work with his father, mother, wife and now his son along with so many wonderful people that have called this place home has been rewarding, humbling, and a blessing from God.

What sets Jack apart is discipline and being relentless. He knows that everything he thinks he has done has only been through Gods work and not his. Jack has only accomplished what Jesus Christ allowed him to through Jesus’ knowledge, grace, and will.

Jack’s name is now, BB. He enjoys his grandchildren and being BB more than just about anything. Bowhunting, especially mature Kansas Whitetail deer, is up there. Time spent outside, the further away from town the better, and talking with his wife, Mary is about as good as it gets.
