Debbie joined Culpepper Realty Co. in November 1994 as a manager of the River Hills Mall in Kerrville, Texas, with the acquisition of the property.

She enjoys working with local business owners, store managers and the community providing local leasing, marketing venues, advertising and operations management.

Her responsibilities also include supervising maintenance staff, making recommendations, overseeing improvements and projects at the mall.
